Dr. Maria Cristina at Sheehan Health and Wellness provides both virtual and in person training customized to suit the needs of the each individual. Client fitness goals have included such things as wanting more sleep and getting more energy, to losing weight and getting a killer body.  She specializes in women over 50 getting stronger with a lifetime plan to age with control.

During a time of extreme stress, self-care is important. Let’s say your spouse cheated on you, now is not the time to cheat on yourself. Get fit to live long and healthy for revenge!

She is a former CEO in the education field. Following retirement at the age of 69, she turned Health Coach and Personal Trainer.  A former President at Truckee Meadows Community College, she is honored with having her name placed on the fitness center at TMCC. Now at 73, she is competing for the third year in an international fitness competition.

If you are serious, she will help you achieve your fitness goals. Strength training with free weights, floor work and creating a customized eating plan is included.

Q How much time will I have to put in to reach my goal?

It really depends on the goal, but for a fit body expect to train with me 2 or three hours a week. The average woman achieves satisfaction within 6 months or less.
